Wing Chun is one of the youngest and most contemporary styles of Gung Fu, having been constantly refined and adapted over its 300 years of existence.

Wing Chun differed greatly from other Gung Fu styles of the time in its theory, the structure of its movements and means of generating force. It was not based on imitation, but on natural, scientific laws, eliminating unnecessary movements to overcome and generate force in the most efficient way.

By practicing Wing Chun, you can master your mind, your emotions, and is good for all ages and for everybody at every aspect of their lives – physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. Developing balance, coordination, focus, respect, discipline, and self-defense, these are well known features of every practice that can help you develop greater emotional stability and self-confidence.

I encourage you to enroll in Wing Chun class and feel the hands-on experience.

Students will follow a planned curriculum that consists of:

Individual and partner (punching, blocking, striking) drills & focus mitt/kick shield work. Stance work, Footwork, Kicking, Chi Sao, Luk Sao, etc.
