Special Shotokan karate/martial arts class taught by:
Shihan Mike Whiteside
Saturday March 7th
11 am - 1 pm
All invited - Free
This will also give some an opportunity to visit our NEW DOJO.
In 2016 Sensei Mike went up the mountain (Big Bear) from San Dimas and has not thought twice about moving back. His hair use to be brown (now grey) so come March 7th he will descend down from the mountain (provided he is not showed in) and share his wisdom and (martial arts) knowledge that he has acquired since the beginning of (his) time. He may also refer from his tablet (though this one is not made of stone).

"THE JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES PROCEEDS STEP BY STEP, SO THINK WITHOUT RUSHING. UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS IS THE DUTY OF A WARRIOR, PUT THESE PRACTICES INTO ACTION, SURPASS TODAY WHAT YOU WERE YESTERDAY, GO BEYOND THOSE OF POOR SKILL TOMORROW AND EXCEED THOSE WHO ARE SKILLFUL LATER... SEE TO IT THAT YOU TEMPER YOURSELF WITH ONE THOUSAND DAYS OF PRACTICE, AND REFINE YOURSELF WITH TEN THOUSAND DAYS OF TRAINING. YOU SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS THOROUGHLY."
